Fix Steps:

Check internet connection: Settings > General > Network > Network Status

Try wired connection if using Wi-Fi

Restart Smart Hub: Press Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub

Re-enter Samsung account credentials after reset

Clear app cache: Hold app icon > Select Options > Clear Cache

Update apps individually from App store

Check Samsung server status online
