Refrigerator Not Cooling

Fridge or freezer compartment not maintaining proper temperature

Fix Steps:

Check if refrigerator is in Demo Mode - look for blinking display

Exit Demo Mode: Press and hold Energy Saver + Fridge buttons for 8 seconds

Verify temperature settings (Fridge: 3°C, Freezer: -18°C recommended)

Ensure vents inside are not blocked by food items

Check door seals for gaps or damage - replace if necessary
6
Clean condenser coils at the back or bottom of unit
7
Ensure minimum 2-inch clearance around refrigerator for airflow
8
Listen for compressor running - should cycle on every few hours
9
Allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize after adjustments
Preventive Tip

Don't overload refrigerator. Keep door closed as much as possible. Clean coils every 6 months.

Place your hand on the back of the fridge (lower section) - you should feel warmth and slight vibration. You'll also hear a low humming every few hours when it cycles on.
